I’m Sofia, a UX designer with a service design soul, born in Italy and currently based in Luxembourg.

I craft digital experiences that balance business needs with human stories. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve worked across fintech, mobility, SaaS, and messaging, collaborating with international teams to solve complex problems with clarity and empathy.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted plant parent, yoga addict, and aspiring guitarist (currently somewhere between G and D major).
